We use six phase gates and five swim lanes to show where a launch is blocked and what it will cost. In the Summit Display Global Retail example at Gate 3, installation is blocked because picture certification was denied by two regional bodies, requiring an update for load testing, driving a 40,000 dollar design slip and a 91 day engineering slip, blocking prototype one and integration across 847 stores, with 310 additional dollars in cost. This shifts the launch from November 2026 to February 2027. No action was specifically requested from viewers.</description></oembed>
