Under "Licensing and Commissions", select "View/Add Appointment". This will take your to their Vue system. On the left had side, select the Icon "Add Appointment", then "Individual Add Appointment". A popup will open with a dropdown list. Select "UHOne". A new tab will open to add state appointments. You will need to confirm some demographic information, then select the state(s) you wish to add, and pay any applicable fees. You should receive follow-up and confirmation emails upon approval of state appointments. This usually takes between 24-48 hours
