We’ve been the sole collection agency for the Indiana Department of Revenue since 2020, and our electronic process allows us to enact levies without requiring paper documentation, streamlining operations significantly. I also highlight the benefits of the ANSI X9 standard, which facilitates secure and automated data exchanges between us and financial institutions.
