In Reporting, I go to Booking Reconciliation, filter by the month, hit Generate, and match Expected Payout from the booking to the Actual Payout in your bank. I recommend filtering for all but full in bank, then opening the booking and refreshing the reservation, or comparing with your PMS, and applying rules if needed. Once it matches, I lock the booking. I also suggest checking a few months prior for refunds or resolution adjustments tied to the booking, and manually adding resolutions if applicable.</description></oembed>
