First, I create a separate Chrome profile for my colleague, like John Doe, and log into his Alta account there. Then I go to Alta Settings, find John Doe under reps, click Connect to LinkedIn, and on the right side add the Chrome extension, log into his LinkedIn, and save. After it is connected, you can reconnect or make changes anytime by switching back to his Chrome profile and returning to Alta.
