You see one day at a time, each card is a job or order, and you can click today, switch days, and drag workers over like the timeline view. Click a card to expand it to show required resources, then drag workers between roles, and assets can follow the worker. There is also a double booked option to quickly find conflicts, plus display settings, filters for unfilled roles and assets, and sorting by project or client. No action is required from you.
