If the client paid a deposit, you will be prompted to keep it, hold it on the client’s account, or refund the deposit. After you confirm, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and you can prompt the client to re-book. You can also check that the appointment disappears due to our calendar settings, and undo that setting if you need to see it again.</description></oembed>
