Over the last 10 years, I’ve managed a team of 40+ people to produce 500+ contents every month, while ensuring alignment with business goals and driving performance across multiple departments. - I've supervised content development and design for 500+ contents monthly, managing budgets, competitive analysis, and logistics for multi-platform campaigns. - I've managed teams of 40+ members, optimizing workflows and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. - I've led creative teams (copywriters, designers, video creators) to execute seamless content production. - I acted as the main stakeholder contact internally for multiple projects, driving operational efficiency and managing vendor relationships. - I directed digital marketing strategy and optimized paid media ads for maximum ROI. - I led high-priority projects and client pitches. In order to do all of these efficiently, effectively and at a large scale, I started using Airtable from 2017, after which I've transitioned our entire workflow into a custom-made Airtable app. I proactively created and managed the Airtable app alongside my day-to-day content management duties. Over the last 7 years, this Airtable app has evolved into a highly efficient beast, streamlining our workflow significantly. In its current stage, it uses a combination of Airtable (for the backend) and Glide (for the front-end).
