In this quick video, I'll show you how to run reports with user IDs. Unfortunately, you won't be able to see individual users, but don't worry, I'll show you a workaround. First, go to your report snapshot and click "add new comparison." Then, go to "item dimension" and click "add new comparison." Search for "user ID" and include users signed in with a user ID by setting it to "yes" and applying the changes. Once you're done, the report will show the users with their respective IDs.
