When a form is submitted, I create an opportunity and move it through the pipeline. The lead opts in and receives both email and SMS. There’s also an internal notification and a 24-hour follow-up to flag or remind the clinic if there’s no contact number, and appointment reminders are set once the booking is confirmed.
After the appointment is completed, I send a review request after 1 hour. If the lead goes cold, they enter a long-term nurture sequence for 30 days, followed by another 30 days and a final attempt.
I don’t have a specific call to action for the viewers.</description></oembed>
