After opening the Studio app, tap Conversations at the bottom, select the contact, then tap their name for contact info and open Opportunities. Choose the existing opportunity, tap Edit, change the status to Lost or Abandoned, and tap Save. The opportunity will update after you see the Save the opportunity successfully message.
