After saving a search, you toggle alerts on and choose alert types such as new matches (immediate or daily for any status, or weekly and monthly only for new listings to the market), status changes including scheduled open houses, and price drops. You can select who receives alerts, including your client and yourself, and set frequency options like immediately, daily with morning or evening delivery at 7:00, weekly by day and time of day, or monthly by day of the month and time of day.
