The team highlights a cleaner, more customizable calendar with new monthly, weekly, daily, list, and card views, weather that shows a 10-day forecast on company and appointment locations, and the ability to add appointments directly from the calendar across views. It also covers new filtering and task management on the calendar, system events like holidays, confirmed appointments with a green check mark, expanded appointment types (seven default types) with customizable colors and permissions, and scheduling limited by user permissions. A follow-up Loom will be held in the first week of June to demonstrate using the calendar for creating customers and scheduling, with the next major release phase targeted for about the second week of June.
