You can run any CoverFlow application workflow, like comparisons or proposals, directly from the AMS 360 console. I start on the customer level, create a new activity for Acme Enterprises, attach the right policy, choose an action, and include the exact workflow name in the activity description such as CoverFlow proposal or CoverFlow comparison. I attach the needed documents, and CoverFlow fetches them, runs the workflow, and updates the activity with results like the Excel and a link to the CoverFlow website.
