Previously, managers could see users and progress but had to navigate through multiple screens to reach the user compliance page. With the update, View Team lists direct employees sorted by training model progress with search to find specific users, and managers can click View Compliance Page for quick access to qualification status, assigned training models, and progress. The demo confirms an easy link to return to the Compliance Training Hub page, and the feature will be available in UAT and production, requiring the training model feature to be enabled with existing permissions only.
