In this Loom, I'll be showing you how to exclude an audience from a campaign. First, we'll navigate to the campaigns tab and use filters to find the campaign we want to add an exclusion to. Then, we'll click on the name of the campaign and select "edit" on the top right corner. From there, we'll scroll down to the "exclusions" section and select an existing audience to exclude or create a new one. In this example, we'll exclude a contact list from Marketo that we uploaded manually to the site. Watch the video to see how it's done!
