In the member profile, scroll down to Add Report and click the Add Report button, then select a report from the dropdown (the example uses an Achievement report). Title it, choose whether to display it to parents, and in the example select yes. Click save and, if desired, save and email to the parent; the report is then logged to the child’s profile.
