You can start by going to the People tab, selecting a learner, and using the Tags tab to click Tag, then search for an existing tag or create a new one such as Fall 2025. To edit tags, use the COG icon to rename them, or use the three dots to delete a tag, which removes it from all users it was applied to. To apply tags to multiple users, select the users on the People tab, choose Apply Tag under Options, and submit.
