When multiple stakeholders share the same email, a duplicate email status badge appears, allowing you to merge records if they are true duplicates. You can also choose to retain duplicated email addresses with a confirmation prompt. Additionally, when issuing grants, the system will alert you to any duplicate emails in your uploaded files.
