I demonstrate how school and district administrators, as well as classroom teachers, can set benchmark date ranges for assessments, ensuring that all students in a grade level take their tests within the specified windows. For example, I show how first grade students at Midtown Elementary School will take their end-of-year benchmark from July 1st through July 31st. I also highlight the flexibility for teachers to customize date ranges for new students to ensure they have adequate time to complete their assessments. Please remember to set benchmark dates within two weeks of the fall, winter, or spring testing windows to avoid expiration.</description></oembed>
