The presenter navigates to the Barrels tab from either Operations Overview or Operations Storage, searches and selects the relevant barrels, and notes that three barrels from the same lot should change from Barrel Profile American Chard 3 to an alternate type. To do this in bulk, they use Bulk Edit to set the correct profile to Hungarian Oak and then press Update, adjusting Lot ID, Barrel Number, or Rackhouse only if needed. They also mention that individual barrel updates can be done by searching and using bulk edit or batch actions from the barrel detail page.
