This function allows HR to configure how half-day leave affects shift periods for employees on a shift basis. I demonstrate how to set a custom cut-off time, using an example where an employee's shift is split into two halves based on a 2 p.m. cut-off. I also show how this setup appears from the employee's perspective in the timesheet. Please ensure you have the correct half-day leave handling set up in the shift settings to utilize this feature effectively.
