I built a function that sets the Supabase project ID to test, and if needed it stops Supabase first so tests use a different Docker volume and do not clobber local development data. I added a new script to fetch the functions, run the steps, and confirm success, and there are working action examples in the branch. I got cache working, but it did not speed things up, it stayed about 3 minutes and a half with cache versus without. I did look at turbo cache, but I do not think it is helpful here.
