From Proposals, I click New Proposal, choose a template, fill in the information, and click Create, with an expiration default of 14 days that I can adjust. I add images or text blocks on the fly, then submit rate, room count, dates, and minimum spend, and hit Apply. When ready, I click Share to email it directly or share a link. I also remind you to check Proposal Engagement in the Proposals tab.
