With a tight timeline of less than one academic year, we formed teacher-led committees where educators could choose their focus areas based on the IB standards and practices. Each committee assessed our current status using a color-coded system and identified evidence for our self-study documentation. I emphasized the importance of protecting teachers' time to ensure meaningful progress on their action plans. I encourage everyone to continue supporting this initiative as we strive to meet the IB's expectations and improve our school.
