Go to Settings, Integrations, Manage Email Channel, connect, then click Continue and refresh the app so your inbox appears, and emails arrive live with HTML rendering. You can reply in-line, and compose new emails. We also expanded email functionality into leads, so proposals now render directly in the email with a Send button. If you want to edit a lead, update the email address, subject, and language, then send it.
