If you have signature permissions, you'll find the pencil icon in your editing tools. Simply select the Pencil tool and you'll see that my signature has already been loaded into GovLink. Scroll down to the place where you want to sign, click on your signature, and once it's highlighted in blue, drop it into the document. You can resize or move your signature within GovLink if needed.
