I demonstrate how to select the correct share class, fill in the mandatory details such as the number of shares and price per share, and create a new holding. I also explain how to add a holder, whether an entity or person, and the automatic recording of their interest. Once everything is set, I show you how to finalize the issuance, which will appear in a pending status in the transaction tab.
