Before you can process a payment, you need to find the appointment in your schedule.



Here’s how:

🗓️ Open the Calendar from the side menu. 

🔍 Navigate to the specific booking you wish to check out.

🖱️ Click on the Booking to open the appointment details.



Step 2: Start the Checkout 💳

Once the appointment details are open, you can initiate the payment process.



Here’s how: 

🛒 Click the &apos;Checkout&apos; button. 

💳 Select your desired Payment Method (e.g., Card, Cash, or Gift Voucher). 

💰 Enter or select the Amount to be paid. 

➕ Click the &apos;Add Payment&apos; button.



Step 3: Finalise the Transaction ✅

The system will track the remaining balance automatically.



Here’s how:

If the balance is £0: Click the &apos;Complete Booking&apos; button to finalise.

If there is a remaining balance: Select another payment method and repeat the steps above until the total is covered.

Managing Payments 🛠️

Partial Payments &amp; Deposits: If the client is not paying the full amount today, don&apos;t worry! You can save the payments made to date against the booking. The appointment will remain active until the final payment is recorded and you click &apos;Complete Booking.&apos;



Removing a Payment: Made a mistake? Simply click the Trash Bin 🗑️ icon next to the payment entry to remove it and start again.</description></oembed>
