You can create a standalone quote from the dashboard, or you can issue a quote from an existing request so it sits under that request number and copies the request summary and attachments. Quotes have only two mandatory fields, summary and site contact. I explain how to select contractors, set optional fields, issue the quote request, and then manage it with comments, follow ups, PDF export, and conversion to a work order.
