This feature prioritizes users who are currently working based on their default schedules in ChilliCal or set by an admin. For example, if both Madonna and Kevin are in the queue, but Kevin is available to work while Madonna is not, Kevin will receive the next record. Once we’re outside of working hours, we revert to a strict round robin. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification!
