In the app, go to Settings from the left side, open the Printer section, select your printer, and turn on the Online Order Tickets option. Then check the Category section to ensure long categorized items are selected and that In Person Tickets is not selected. The Loom also explains that you can add a new printer station by naming it, selecting the printer to connect, and enabling Online Order Tickets, optionally enabling In Person Tickets if desired.
