I start by selecting the devices you want, either individually or by ticking Select All, then I click Run to lock and you will see a message on screen with who locked it and the date and time. I also show you how to customize that lock message and background colour before running. To unlock, you select the devices again, switch to Unlock, and click Run. There is no action requested from you beyond following these steps in your own console.
