If you are in a team member role, you get notifications when you are tagged to collaborate on a quote. I open the quote assignment, add the project fees by selecting roles and assigning the right percentages of time across planning, production, and post production. I also choose the weeks based on the work back I built for each stage. Once it is complete, I mark it as complete and review it with my direct boss, and I save the department.</description></oembed>
