We created a voice agent that handles these calls, built on a Fastify TypeScript server, with data sent to a spreadsheet database and notifications sent via Discord. Initially, we planned to integrate Twilio for SMS notifications, but for now, we’re using Discord to demonstrate the concept. I’m excited about how this project can streamline Dylan's operations.
