The presenter starts from Projects then Project List, searches for the “living room” project, and notes how it appears in the open list when the Open filter is selected. To close it, they check the project and use Actions to click Close, after which it no longer appears in the open list and shows status Closed. To reopen, they either clear the Open filter or go into the project name, open the Info tab, and uncheck the Inactive field, then Save to confirm.
