The board stays mostly the same, but tasks can be marked urgent to move into a top “urgent swim lane,” with the cards simplified into a compact state. It also adds relative due-time language and overdue states with extra red and orange treatments, plus archived items collapsed by default. The task panel adds a persistent header and removes the task description from the top view, while showing an AI-generated best next step, a conversation tab focused on incoming and outgoing messages including phone calls, and a complete task button with an updated phone call composer state.
