From the dashboard, I hover over Workflows in the left navigation pane, click Pair Referrals, then click Manual Referral. You can track a new referral for caregivers referred off the Zengage platform, or reward an existing referral to backdate points for a caregiver who referred someone actively working with the agency. After you fill in the referral details, Zengage calculates the referral bonus, then you confirm and send so points are awarded automatically based on milestones.
