First, the customer signs up a form, then it gets a pending verification tag so it is easy to recognize, and then it goes to the final portion. If the opportunity is found, I update the opportunity to awaiting OTP, generate a unique verification code, and send it to email and SMS, plus an internal notification to notify the whole shop, and the OTP is visible with a limited valid time. If the opportunity is not found, it acts as a bulletproof and anti duplicating check, directing new customers to the correct path. There is no action requested from you in this video.
