I click the Custom Groups tab, then Add, and type a group name, for example a placeholder with a number like 25. You can optionally set a location and add individuals manually or by uploading an Excel sheet. After creating it, I add the custom group to an initiative, then add impacts and activities to it. In reporting, choose the option to show custom groups so it appears at the high level.</description></oembed>
