In the Ask.AI tab, you can create a new task by naming it and adding an optional description, then writing the prompt that Ask AI will run at a set frequency such as hourly, daily, weekdays, weekly, or manual. The task can also be created directly in conversation by specifying the exact prompt and schedule, such as a new-lead summary every weekday at 9am. After creation, tasks show an active status, can be paused by toggling repeats off, edited via the note icon, deleted with the trash icon, or run immediately with Run now to view results in history.
