Students rotate through multiple departments and can complete 30 to 150 hours of structured work-based learning aligned to the DOE menu, designed to reduce barriers like transportation, limited local employers, scheduling constraints, and limited readiness for traditional placements. The program uses simulated experiences based on real company projects, with students receiving clear challenges, working step-by-step, and submitting a final deliverable and video. 220 team members review submissions and provide feedback, and students also get access to industry professionals through weekly office hours, Founders Roundtables with the CEO and COO, and the Industry Spotlight series.
