I generate the Google search ads first, then approve the Meta set for sales with the lowest cost, and add an overlay CTA that I later move and change to a corner badge. For TikTok, since I had no videos, I generate an image first, then create a video from that image. I hit Approve All and Create on Network to launch across three networks, and I see warnings about needing TikTok pixel setup.
