In the Geotab portal, users open the DPV Admin web platform to review company summaries and manage documents by scope, including company-wide and driver-, truck-, trailer-, and resource-specific files. The portal supports viewing, replacing documents in one click, and bulk uploading up to a thousand documents at once, including registrations, to update everything automatically. On the driver side via the Geotab app, the current truck and trailer are identified and driver documents load in a single screen, update automatically when equipment changes, and drivers can upload documents for approval with instant approval or denial.
