Determine The Purpose & Desired Outcome

Why are you holding this meeting?
What outcome do you wish to see through this meeting?

Depending on your goal and purpose, there are several different types of meetings you can hold.

But, do you always need a powerpoint slide deck?

Make your meeting inclusive
